Our History

Ramugo Projects Management Limited is a full-Service Real Estates Investments and Finance Consultancy firm which delivers a full spectrum in investments and finance, through-:
i) Provision of comprehensive planning of investments/projects for our clients and potential clients,

ii) Sourcing and Restructuring of Finance for the subject Investments/projects

iii) Implementation of the subject Investments/projects through project management.

iv) Managing of completed Investments especially the real estates related Investments.

Ramugo Projects Management Limited was founded in 2014 but incorporated and registered under the Kenyan companies Act Cap 486 in 2017.

The firm was founded to bridge and seal the gaps largely encountered by the current and new investors on their paths of Planning, Financing, Execution and management of subject Investments.

Our two anchor approaches are:

  • Disruptive Approach System (DAS) – Starting from planning of investments, Sourcing of their funding, Execution of subject Investments to management of complete investments – we have maintained high dynamic approaches to align with changing times as we move away from conventional
  • Consequence Approach System (CAS) – Ensuring the compliance of policy and procedures are self serving systems at least to the top four stakeholders of Ramugo Projects Management Limited; that is – Shareholders, Staff, Partners and Clients.
